Effective Date: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Sort Rush (Android package com.kemegames.sortrush), made by Keme Games ('we', 'our', or 'us'), uses and why. It applies to the game and to emails you send us about it.
The short version
- Sort Rush has no accounts or sign-in, and we don't ask for your name, email address or other contact details.
- Your progress is saved only on your device. We don't run a server that receives it.
- The game shows ads through Google AdMob and measures gameplay with Google Analytics for Firebase. Both collect device and usage data, including your advertising ID.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- We do not sell personal information. Sort Rush is not directed at children under 13.
1. Information stored on your device
The game keeps its saved data in the app's local storage on your device:
- your level, coins, stars, boosters, styles and settings (music, sound, vibration);
- your daily reward streak and daily missions;
- a record of the in-app purchases you have made, so they are delivered once and can be restored.
This data is not sent to us. It stays on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game, and either of those deletes it.
2. Advertising: Google AdMob
Sort Rush is free and is paid for by ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC (Google Ireland Limited in the EEA and UK). Ads appear between some levels, and you can choose to watch rewarded videos for bonus coins and boosters. To show ads, the AdMob software in the app may collect and share with Google:
- Device and other identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID and app set ID;
- Device information, such as model, operating system, language and screen size, and your IP address, which can be used to estimate your approximate location;
- Usage data, such as when you open the app and how you interact with ads (views and taps);
- Diagnostics, such as crash and performance data from the ad software.
Google uses this data to serve ads, to measure and report ad performance, to limit how often you see the same ad, and to prevent fraud and abuse. Depending on your settings and where you live, ads may be personalized. To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Google's Privacy Policy.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device's settings (on most Android phones: Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads). Buying Remove Ads in the game stops the ads between levels. Rewarded videos stay available if you choose to watch them.
3. Game analytics: Google Analytics for Firebase
To understand how the game is played and to improve it, Sort Rush uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service of Google. It records gameplay events (for example, a level started or finished, a booster used, an ad shown, a reward claimed or a purchase made) together with an app instance identifier, device information, how the app was installed, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We see these as aggregated reports and don't use them to identify you. Purchase revenue from Google Play is also reported to Google Analytics.
4. In-app purchases: Google Play
Optional purchases (Remove Ads, the Starter Pack and coin packs) are processed by Google Play under Google's terms and privacy policy. We never receive your card number or other payment details. To deliver what you bought, the game receives a purchase confirmation from Google Play (the product, an order ID and a purchase token), which it keeps on your device as described in section 1.
5. No accounts, and emails you send us
You can play Sort Rush without creating an account or signing in. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you, and we delete them when they're no longer needed for that.
6. Permissions the app uses
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| Internet and network state | To load ads, send analytics and talk to Google Play for purchases. The puzzles themselves work offline. |
| Advertising ID and Android ad services | Used by Google AdMob and Firebase for advertising, ad measurement and analytics, as described in sections 2 and 3. |
| Google Play billing and install referrer | To make purchases through Google Play, and to let analytics see how the game was installed. |
| Vibration | For haptic feedback, which you can turn off in the game's settings. |
7. Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the Google services described above (AdMob, Firebase and Google Play), solely to provide the game, its ads, its analytics and its purchases.
8. Children's Privacy
Sort Rush is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, for example by email, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data Security and Transfers
The Google services described above send data over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Google may process data in countries other than yours, under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure.
10. Your Rights and Choices
- Delete everything the game stores on your device by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK or California), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its use. Because we don't keep personal data on our own servers, requests about advertising and analytics data are best made to Google through its privacy tools. You are always welcome to contact us and we will help.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective once published on this page, and we will change the effective date above.
