Definitions
'Marble Sort' refers to the mobile game published by Keme Games.
'Game' means the Marble Sort application and related services.
'User' means any person who downloads, installs, accesses, or plays the Game.
'Subscription' or 'Purchase' means any optional in-app purchase offered within the Game.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Marble Sort, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future updates.
Eligibility
You must comply with the laws of your country when using the Game. If you are under the age required by your local laws, you should use the Game under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Rules of Use
While using Marble Sort you agree to:
• Respect other players where multiplayer or leaderboards are available.
• Not cheat, exploit bugs, modify the game, reverse engineer, use bots, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Not upload harmful software or interfere with the game's operation.
• Not impersonate another person or misuse the Game for unlawful purposes.
Keme Games may suspend or permanently terminate accounts or access for violations.
Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
The Game may include virtual currencies, boosters, lives, or other digital items.
All purchases are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store policies.
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred between users.
Advertisements
The Game may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements. Watching rewarded ads is voluntary and rewards are granted according to the game's rules.
Maintenance and Updates
Keme Games may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Game at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt gameplay.
Intellectual Property
All game content including software, graphics, artwork, music, logos, text, characters, animations, and other assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Keme Games or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keme Games shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
Privacy
Your use of Marble Sort is also governed by the Marble Sort Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected and processed.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
